Before Work Starts

If you request cancellation before work on your report or service begins, we may provide a full refund.

After Delivery

Because career reports and digital guidance are customized information services, refunds may not be available after delivery unless there is a clear error or non-delivery.

Non-Delivery

If you paid for a report and it was not delivered within the communicated timeline, contact us for resolution or refund review.
